Contract Staffing/Flexi Staffing gives the clients the flexibility to concentrate on their main line of business. The Service provider would place their staff on the basis of the requirements of the client for a specific project at the client location, but on the payrolls of JobAccord.

All the benefits, statutory laws, grievance handling etc, involved here would be taken care by the service provider.

We would be venturing into this wing only by May 2007.
